Monday was President's day so the kids didn't have school (well, Kaylee had a makeup day for a few hours) and Nick didn't have to work. It was pretty low key and uneventful. I had to get a crown prep done at the dentist office after lunch time. When I got home I took the two older kids to Kid to Kid to do some toy shopping. Kaylee got money from Gma Karen and Gma Joy and she wanted to go buy some new baby stuff. I figured it would be the best bang for her buck if she went to kid to kid and found some used toys. She thought it was a great idea. Carson had also been saving some money and had about $10 to spend on a fun toy as well. It worked out great and the kids both found some great stuff. Kaylee found a new doll, doll carrier, clothes, and a baby set that has a kitchen, bed, and bathtub. Carson found a fun marble set to play with. They spent the rest of the day playing with their new toys. We were going to go to the High School play, but they were just as happy to play with their new toys!
Gma & Gpa Brower and Uncle Chris had spent the weekend with Tiffany in Reno for Paul turning 12 and getting the Priesthood. Since Chris met up with at our house and left his car here we got to say hi to them for a few minutes before they headed home.
