Super day Six!!!

On Tuesday, we spent another fun day at Disneyland. This day, we decided to use the shuttle provided by the hotel to see if it was any easier and it was. And cheaper since it only costs $9 for all of us to ride unlimited all day. That way, we didn't have to worry about parking or driving. It made it really easy to get to Disneyland! We tried to cover the rest of the park that we didn't get to on Monday. One of the things we rode was the Winnie the Pooh ride. Of course it was a hit with Kaylee!!
Then we explored Tarzan's Tree House.
Then we headed off to the Jungle Tour, and while we were waiting in line, Kaylee got some snuggle time in with Dad. I thought it was SO cute!!!
Then we headed over to California Adventures to check out that side of the park, but of course we had to stop and get pictures in the BIG letters that spell California. We wanted to spell Carson's name in pictures, but we were missing an 'S'.
California Adventures even had Characters for the kids to meet and take pictures with, like Lighting McQueen!
Almost 2 years ago, when Carson and I went with my family to Disneyland, we discovered the gas pump across from Soarin' over California, had our name on it. So we had to point it out to Dad!
One of the highlights at CA, was the Playhouse Disney Live show. The kids LOVED it!!! Kaylee was up and dancing right along with everyone else! It was so cute!
After the show, Kaylee decided to take a nap, so Nick and Carson went on the Grizzly River Run, but only after Carson insisted that Dad buy him a poncho so he wouldn't get wet! He stayed mostly dry, but his shorts still got wet from sitting on the wet seat!
After Kaylee woke up, we found these really cool bubble guns that the kids loved, so with money that Grandma Karen and Papa sent with them for fun money, they bought them. I think it was money well spent!! They were super fun and not only kept the kids entertained, but all of the other kids that were around us. Especially as we waited for the parade to start! The best part about them, is that they are QUIET!!!
After watching the parade, we headed back to our hotel for dinner and then back to Disneyland for some more fun! We also made it to the Main Street Shopping District so we could build a bear! Nick and I made one when we went to Disneyland for our 4th anniversary. I took Carson 2 years ago when we went, so we thought it would be fun to keep the tradition going and take the kids to get their own bear. Carson has been quite a few times recently, so he was a pro and helped show Kaylee the way to do it! Here they are kissing and rubbing their hearts that go into their bear (actually Carson got a Dog and Kaylee got a Monkey).
They each picked out an outfit. A pink bubbly dress for Mimi the Monkey and some swim shorts and tank for Indiana the dog. (Later Carson changed the name to Ace, which is also the name of another dog he got from Build a Bear). Even though we experienced a meltdown from both kids during the process, they both walked out of the store with a smile on their face. But seeing that it was like 9 at night when we made them, they did pretty good!!
