Last Sunday, the 23rd, we got to celebrate Nick's 37th Birthday! It was a fun Sunday Morning and so it was fun to have him home all day! Before we even got out of bed, the two older kids were up and trying to decorate the family room. Before church we had Nick open his presents. The kids made him a cute truck filled with candy and birthday cards. He loved it! He also got some new pj bottoms, socks, a knife set (to put in the trailer) and the biggest surprise was the Job Rocker we got him! He had been using my moms all month while he worked on the rental house and so I knew he would love to have one of his own. He was very happy about it!
After church, we headed home to have dinner with our family. Nicks parents and Jerid's kids were able to come along with My parents, Chris & Krissy, and Matt's family. We had a yummy ham dinner, with potatoes (both funeral and baked), stuffing, rolls, jello salad, and a pumpkin spice cake for dessert (Thanks Grandma Karen!). It was delicious! Justin and Sierra were able to join us for cake. It was a fun evening!
