Keeping Cool!

Last night after dinner, Nick and I took the kids down to the splash pad in Foxborrow.  It not only was a way to keep us cool in this hot weather, but a fun way to spend an evening.  We met our good friends Deb & Dave and their cute boys there too.  We didn't stay too long, but long enough to have some fun and to just hang out.  Of course, like normal, after just a few minutes of playing in the water, my kids headed over to play on the awesome playground.  Kaylee has learned to do the monkey bars now too!  She and Carson were so excited to show us her new ability.  

Alivia preferred to just play in the water and was super happy to just wander around!  I think Nick and Dave had just as much fun as the kids!  They were great to help watch the kids in the water while Deb and I stayed cool in the shade and enjoyed a moment of adult conversation!  And since we are both pregnant, it was nice not to be chasing after the kids ourselves!  Can't wait to do this a few more times before summer is over!
