On Wednesday, after going through the BC Temple Open House, we headed up to Tremonton for the BE County Fair Parade! Growing up, the Fair Parade was always a big thing. I was usually in the parade on a float, dancing, or with the Marching Band. Since we have been married we have made it up there a handful of times to watch the parade and I was glad we were able to take the kids up there this year too! It brings back so many memories of my childhood. Not just the parade, but the fair and everything that goes with it. It was a hot day, but not as hot as in years past, so it was manageable! Natalie, Hallie, and Gracie joined us for the parade along with Grandma. We got TONS of candy, which unfortunately was ruined when two otter pops were left in the bag and leaked all over the candy. But since we don't need 5 lbs of taffy, I didn't feel to bad throwing it all away the next morning.
After the parade, we headed out to the fair grounds for a hamburger and some rides. Grandma was nice enough to take all the kids on the rides and we enjoyed a great evening at the fair!
