Christmas Bells are Ringing

We got a fun Christmas package from Japan last week!  Kousuke's family sent us a box with a fruit cake and gifts for each of the kids!  We will open them on Christmas!

We have been practicing hard with bells and choir for the concert on the 12th.  I am so proud of these kids!  They have learned a hard song and they have nailed it!!  Christmas time is such a fun time for bells!!  As teachers, we decided we wanted to also learn a bell number for Christmastime.  A bunch of us got together and learned a fun arrangement of Joy to the World, that turned into extra songs we learned for the Weber State Alumni Concerts.  It was a blast!!  Even though it added to the chaos already going on! In the middle of all of the rehearsal and crazy december chaos....Preston and Kaylee both ended up with strep!  Ugh!  Thankfully though, it is an easy Rx that makes them feel better soon!

Here are more pictures of our rehearsals, dance, and bells!  We also went to the Ward Christmas Party on December 7th.  They had a yummy pasta bar for dinner and lots of choices for desserts.  I love when I don't have to cook!
