So it is nearing the end of December, and while going through pictures, I have realized how wonderful this month has been. We have gotten a LOT of snow, which has made for a lot of fun time for the kids. We have also seen a lot of kindness from our neighbors, who have helped shovel, snowblow, and bulldoze the snow off of our driveway. Every weekend has been full of fun, performances, family gatherings, food, parties, friends, and the weeks just as packed with the same. Christmas finally came and we had such a wonderful day...but before I get to that post, I want to share some of the day to day fun we have had this month! These snow pictures were all taken different days from different storms. The kids LOVED it!
The kids have enjoyed making bracelets with the new loom we got. Kaylee picked it up by just watching me and has made a handful of bracelets on her own.
We went to a Christmas party at our friends, Erin and Nick's, and Santa showed up with gifts for all the kids there. It was SOOOO fun! It was such a fun surprise to see Santa there!
We didn't get a Christmas card out this year, but I did manage to get out a neighbor gift out at the last moment. We did Jiffy Cornbread Mixes with a cute little saying. It was fun to take them around to our neighbors with the kids. They actually delivered half of them by themselves, using the wagon and walking around the block.
We have enjoyed having friends over, and we had Kallie Nelson over and Alivia just loves her as you can tell!
Preston loves getting into all the cupboards, including the one that holds the bread pans. He also loves the pantry, ornaments off the tree, and the chopper in the round a bout.
This last picture is of the kids on our way to Holden today. We decided to turn Preston facing forward and he seemed to really like it! It has been so fun having all the kids old enough now to really start having some great fun! Just wait to see all the fun we have had the past three days!
