Discovery Gateway and more singing!

Saturday morning we spent some time cleaning, putting away Christmas, and the kids had a choir practice for their performance they were having later that evening.  After lunch, we took the kids to the Discovery Gateway Museum to use their gift from Gma & Papa.  They loved it.  It was a little busy but we still had a lot of fun and it was great to see them all so interested in things, even Preston.

The girls even made a cute new years eve ball craft.  There was glitter everywhere!!!

When we got home, we took some Taco Soup dinner to a family in our ward.  The mom, Emily, had just gotten a round of Chemo for the breast cancer she has.  She is barely 40 and has three kids.  The youngest is Carson's age.  It is crazy to think that she has to go through this, but she is tough and has a great sense of  humor.  After we ate, we got the two older ones ready for their performance for the Temple Riders Assoc in Kaysville.  Nick stayed home with the babies while I took them.  They did great!  It was a late night since they didn't even sing until 8 PM.  Carson had been asking for skookies for the past little while, so when we got home, we let them stay up and have some.  It was yummy!

It was a fun and busy day!
