Kaylee had her Christmas Recital last Monday, the 16th, at Layton HS. She did fantastic!! She looked cute and danced and sang her little heart out. I just love watching her perform and love that she loves is just as much!!! It has been fun to have friends in it this year with us. My good friend Erin, has two girls that have also been taking dance from Performance Academy. We didn't even know it was the same place until right before their first class this season. It worked out great for carpooling and performances. Kalie (8) and Ashlyn (5) have been so fun and sweet with Kaylee and it has been super enjoyable to see them perform together. It was a little foggy going up to Layton, but we made it and even my sweet mother drove from Tremonton to see her perform. It always means so much to us that she puts for the effort to come to things like this. It really made Kaylee feel special! They sang the song "Where you there?" and danced and sang to "Winter Wonderland". Kaylee knew all the words and knew all the dance steps. It has been wonderful to see how she has grown and matured over just the past year. We are so proud of her and love to see her develop her talents!
