It's a Girl!!!

The rest of October just flew by!  With choir, bells and music the kids and I pretty much lived at the School!  But it was all fun!  Activity days, dance, basketball and more!  We also go to help throw a gender reveal party for my cute friend Sally!  She has one girl and 3 boys so she was thrilled when she found out it was a girl!!  Yay!!!

We didn't have school on a Friday, so Kaylee was able to take some friends and shadow some kids at Capstone.  I think she liked it!  I was impressed!
The kids also had their primary program and both grandparents were able to come!  The kids did great!  It was Kaylee's last one since she will be going into Young Women's in January!

We also got the Halloween costumes out to see what we could be this year!  I do NOT like buying Halloween costumes!  It just isn't my favorite Holiday....I can't wait for Christmas!

Reflection Winners!

After a fun fall break, we headed back to school, and they had the Reflections Assembly that Monday.  Kaylee and Alivia both won!  Alivia won first in her Music and Kaylee won first in Music, Art and Literature.  I was so proud.  Since then, Kaylee won first in music for Council and Award of merit for her art and lit.  Alivia also won an award of merit for her music.  We found out Jan 6th if Kaylee will head onto the state level for her song.

Also, a quick cute pic of Carson because I think he looks so handsome in his school uniform.
That same Monday evening, I was able to go to dinner with some friends.  It was so late, so I ordered the scones at Bellas for dessert since I had already had dinner.  Yum!!
Tuesday it was back to choir and school.  We have our choir meetings on Tuesdays and we always have so much fun!  Can you tell?  I also got my school picture back for my ID.  I like how it turned out this year much better than last years pic!  I also had a late night of poster making for a bell rehearsal that week.  So much work, but so much fun!

Oh, and Nick only took a few pictures of the deer hunt and here is one on them.  Carson was so excited to get a deer!!  He shot it on the last day of the hunt within just a few hours of needing to pack up and head home.  He was thrilled!!

Another Shopping Day!

We slept in a little and caught the end of breakfast at the hotel.  That place was packed!  But they had plenty of food and the lined moved fast.  We then played another round of cards before packing up and doing some more shopping.  We found a ton of great deals and sales at the outlet mall and took home a car full!!

When we got home, Kaylee was able to hang out with her cute friends Brighten and Evie.  They are so cute!  We are so excited to get to spend New Year's with them!!!

Girl's Park City Trip!!!!

Normally all the kids go hunting with Nick, but this year we thought it would be fun to do a little girl's trip to Park City with Grandma Joy!  And it was!!!  We headed up Friday afternoon and got checked into the Best Western, which was a great hotel, and then headed to Zupas for dinner.  Then we did some shopping at the outlets before heading back to the hotel to swim.  It was a great start to our little staycation!  We also found some skipbo cards and played some card games before going to bed.  I love having girls old enough to do things like this and I was so thrilled that my mom wanted to join us!!

My Cute Kiddos!

Here I am at the end of 2019 and I am going to try and finish blogging the last few months!  That is how crazy busy our life has been around here!  I hope I can even remember what we did!  Haha!  I think that is why I try and take pictures.  If not, I have no clue what we did.  I love pictures for that reason.  My kids will look at blog books for hours and talk about things like it was yesterday because they have pictures and it helps recreate those memories for them.  I love it.  These pictures were taken after a good hair day for Kaylee!  And I also wanted to show how good Preston is reading, even with missing teeth!!  He also was so excited to go hunting with the boys this year while the girls and I did a trip to park city!
