Super Sunday!

We had such a great Sunday!  We got all ready for Stake Conference, but shortly before leaving we found out we could watch it online, so we watched it on our TV, which was great.  The talks were great and it was a very nice morning.  The kids played with toys and colored during most of it, but Nick and I were able watch it without too much interruption.
After lunch and after Livy went down for a nap, we went outside and played one of the kids favorite games... pictionary.  Carson did a great job coming up with the clues and writing them down on paper for the game.  It was awesome!  And HOT!  I had to move my chair onto the porch in the shade halfway through the game because it was so HOT!
After Livy woke up, we decided to go up to the Bountiful Temple as part of a Sunday Drive.  It was such a nice day and the Temple was Beautiful!

On our way home the kids fell asleep....(which was so funny since it only took them about 30 seconds to both zonk out!) so we drove a little longer and ended up driving out to the Bountiful Ponds.  It was fun just walking around the pond and enjoying the day.  It wasn't anything spectacular, but just being with our little family was just really perfect!

That night, there was an eclipse.  The move moved in front of the sun...so with the use of Dad's welding helmet we were able to see it.  You can't tell from the picture, but it was a crescent sun and it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen.  The kids also thought it was cool!  Overall it was a super lazy, but super FUN Sunday.  It was perfect.
