Happy 7th Birthday Preston

Preston turned 7 years old on September 28th.  On Friday, before his bday (Saturday), he was able to take a treat to school (Mini packs of M&Ms).  He got to tell everyone about himself and answer questions.  They sang to him and it was so fun to watch!  

 After school, he had two friends over to play nerf guns.  Blake and Rafe are such cute friends.  Before they went and played at the church, we had Oreos (Preston's favorite)! 

 On Saturday, the older kids got up and offered to make Preston's bday cake.  I was like...YES!!!  They recorded the whole thing, decorated the 'set' and created quite the masterpiece.  It even included a chocolate nerf gun shaped topper.  It was awesome!

 When Nick got home from work, Preston was finally able to open his gifts.  One of which he has been dying to get for at least a year.  A rhino blaster!  I loved his reaction!

 After presents we went and ate at Panda Express, his choice and one of his favorite places.  Then we went to Walmart and helped him spend some Bday money he got from grandma.  It was such a fun day celebrating my baby!  It is a little bitter sweet.  He is getting to be such a fun age, but I don't want him to get any older!!!  I may have to cancel any future birthdays to keep that from happening! 

Party in September!!!

On September 22nd, we were able to attend Grandma Pace's 90th Birthday Party!  It was great food and almost everyone was there from Nick's family.  Fun afternoon!

 Carson is still doing the braces thing, and whenever he has Monday appointments, he tells the staff that he dresses up just for them!  Haha!  I think that he looks so good in his blazer, so it is fun he gets to wear it out and about! 

 Kaylee has also worked super hard during September compose a song for Reflections!  It is called "Strong and Unique".  She is pretty amazing!

 Preston keeps getting bigger and turned 7 in September.  He had fun helping me design and make his poster he took for his Bday at school. 

 We also had picture day at school....I got there in time to see Kaylee just finish with hers!  I got mine taken since I am a PLC Aide.  (Music Teacher). 

On Friday, September 27th, I helped put together a surprise party for my cute friend Stacia.  With the help of other friends we threw a fun game night!  I love when we get all together with our friends like this.  SO MUCH FUN!!!  We had a great turn out and I can't wait to find another reason to have another party! 

 

Just playing catch up!

Just a few pictures to catch us up from our crazy busy September.  We had a fun Monday when my dad was able to come and play pickleball with us!  He had never played before so it was a fun morning!  We also started choir and Performance Academy!  I have 15 girls in my Elites and Rhythm co (Kaylee and Alivia's Classes).  It is going to be a great year!  I have hired a teacher to help teach on Wednesdays that will make my weeks a little easier to get through!  I have loved it! Kaylee had an endo appt and we stopped and had a quick lunch using a subway giftcard!  And our back door neighbor, Lynn, got two new puppies and my kids LOVED getting a chance to play with them!    

Fun Run 2019

We had another successful fun run for our school this year.  I wasn't as involved as I was last year, but I did get to go and help!  Kaylee, Alivia and Preston each completed their 35 laps!  Together they raised over $100 and our school made close to $27,000.  Love this fundraiser!
