Magic Kingdom Part 2

After lunch, we headed into frontier land to explore more of the park.  The kids enjoyed a Dole Whip while we waited in line for the jungle cruise.  It is very similar to the Disneyland Jungle cruise, which is one of my favorites.  Any time we can sit down and enjoy a long ride is a good thing.  Our feet were feeling pretty tired as we continued through the day.  But totally worth it!

We ordered dinner on the mobile app and while we waited for it to be made, we rode the "Small World" ride.

After dinner, we rode a few more rides, which was really fun since it was getting dark.  We stopped at one of the stores and the three younger kids picked out a Disney Baby to take home.  They were so cute!  Alivia's little cat was named "Marie" so we knew it was destined to be hers!  Preston picked out "Scamp" but renamed him Blast so it would go with his cute stuffed animal Geyser that he got from Yellowstone.  (I will tell you more about what happened with Blast in another post).

We rode Space Mountain about 3 more times and the line was so short close to closing time, that we just walked pretty much through the line.  So we started getting creative with our pictures and it was pretty funny!

The lights coming from behind the castle was just amazing!  We slowly made our way out of the park and I was so sad our day at Magic Kingdom was over.  I just love Disney and the magic it creates.  I was just so happy we were able to take this trip!  I didn't want it to end.

Even though it was sad to leave the park, we were exhausted and could hardly walk another step.  Preston fell asleep on the way back to the hotel and Nick had to carry him up to the room.  Once we got into the room and got settled for the night, I talked the boys into having a contest who could rub my feet the best.  My feet needed it!  Haha!  We had one more big day ahead of us!

Disneyworld Magic Kingdom-Part 1

We were a little  tired from our first day at Disney, but we still got up early to be to the Magic Kingdom when it opened.  We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and then drove to the Happiest Place on Earth!!!

Preston did his best to write in his journal about the trip.  It was cute to see him work so hard on it.  At Disneyworld you park and they shuttle you to the park by bus, monorail or boat.

Walking into the park is just as magical as Disneyland.  They took our temps and walked through metal defectors pretty fast.  They don't let you meet the Disney Characters like normal, but they make an appearance around the park in creative ways.

We started our day at the Magic Kindom with Space Mountain!  A favorite of ours in Disneyland as well.

So many fun rides!  We sat down for a minute and Preston fell asleep!  haha!  But after a quick cat nap, we went on playing!

We had Mexican food for lunch and happened to run into our Utah friends again!  It was so funny!  (I forgot to mention that we also ran into them again at lunch the day before at Hollywood Studios).  It is such a small world sometimes!

Pizza in Florida!

After we spend the day at Hollywood Studios, we stopped at a pizza place for dinner on our way back to the hotel.  We just happened to see this pizza place when we were on our way to the walmart by our hotel, and it ended up being one of the best food choices!  It was a little hole in the wall place, but the pizza was amazing and we were so hungry that we just wanted to eat!
Preston didn't want pizza, so we ordered him chicken nuggets, that crazy kid! We had a Hawaiin Pizza, breadsticks and ham & sausage.  It was delicious!

Day one of our Florida trip was 100% success.  We couldn't wait to do it again the next day!
