Bike Rides, Slip n' Slides, and Auditions

On Thursday of our first week at Grandma's we ventured out on our bikes to Park Meadows.  We packed sandwiches for lunch and enjoyed the playground.  After we got back home the kids got out the new slip n' slide and played in the water for a bit.  Right after dinner I met Grandpa at the Elwood Gas station with Kaylee so she could do a short run with him in his truck.  She was so excited about it!

 Friday, the two older kids got to audition for the Garland Children's Theater play.  They were so excited and both did an amazing job!!  They are looking forward to doing the play and working with Grandma.  I am also planning on helping out with the music for the play.  They have never been in a play, so we are all excited about it!
