Swim Party!

If last Monday wasn't exciting enough with the first day of school, we also got to go to Arden's Birthday party Monday Night!  Arden is a good friend of Nick that works and carpools with Nick. We have known him for probably close to 8 years now.  His daughter lives in Foxborrow and hosted a party for Arden at her neighborhoods pool/poolhouse.  The weather was a little cool and it was windy, but it didn't stop the kids and a few adults from having fun swimming.  

 That is Arden doing a backflip into the pool.  Did I mention how old he turned?  62.  Yep, 62!  He is amazing!

 After swimming, we had a yummy hamburger dinner and followed it with some pinata action!  Besides my kids, Arden only had two of his grandkids there, so when the candy was finally out of the pinata, my kids each got a huge bag of candy to take home.

It was a great day, a great party, and a great way to spend the evening with family and friends!
