Field Trip, Cancer Sucks, and Carson is an Eagle!

On Thursday, Nov 14th, I went with Alivia and the rest of the 3rd grade to a field trip to the Weber State Planetarium.  We watched a movie and learned a little about the planets.  Preston had a bball game that night and then after, a few of us choir ladies went and visited Josh and Mary Gillett.  Mary helped us with choir last year and is now doing the new school's choir, and her her husband Josh was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in October.  We are going to do our best to support them in whatever they need.

We also got to have gma & Gpa over for dinner that night (Taco Soup).  We love living closer to them.  It is so fun to have them involved in our life so much!
Saturday morning, we had a great choir meeting to prepare for the upcoming concert.  I love these ladies and feel so blessed to get to work with them.  Melissa, Stephanie, Kristine, Britt, Lori, Katie & Traci are just amazing!!
Saturday afternoon, Kaylee and I spent the day shopping for a new dress.  Which we couldn't find, but did find this red jumpsuit that she fell in love with.  So that is what she ended up wearing for the concert!  It was cute!
On Sunday, Carson had his board of review to become an Eagle scout and he passed!  HE IS AN EAGLE!!!  We are so proud!!  We have his court of honor on Sunday, Dec 29th with all the other boys in his ward who earned it.  SO excited!
