Day 3 of our spring break was Friday and we started it out by visiting Tamra and her family before heading to Cove Fort. Tamra and her family moved from California back to Fillmore back in October. They love being closer to family.
We knew it was going to be windy and stormy weather, so we decided Cove Fort would be good to go see instead of riding four wheelers. It was SOOOO windy and chilly because of it. But we got a great tour of Cove Fort by someone I actually knew! Andrea (Earl) Dean's mom and dad are there serving a mission. Marisa and Andrea were good friends in High School and they live in my parents ward now. It was fun to have someone we know give us the tour!
The kids liked it for the most part. Alivia got a little bored, but when Sister Earl showed us the fun toys the kids used to play with the kids loved it!
We made it back in time to take the kids, including cousins, to the pool in Fillmore! They had a blast swimming. Then we headed home for a pizza party!
