Finished Project & Lunch with Friends

We finally got the painting and projects done and we are pleased with the results!  It took Nick over a week to finally get the boards caulked and painted and completely finished.  

 Preston and I met up with Emily and Ryan for lunch on a Thursday afternoon after Alivia left for school.  They brought him a cool Storm Trooper piggy bank for his birthday.  It was a fun afternoon and I am always so thrilled when we can catch up with old friends.

I had made bread one evening since the next day I was going to be gone, and we all enjoyed a snack of hot bread and jam before bed!  Yum!
